I have an excel spreadsheet with the days of the week at the top and then work out my grocery list from there. I usually don't deviate from the list and throw a pizza or leftover night in here and there. Have I told you yet or like 100 times that I love your blog!!! Getting my coupon binder and my inserts tomorrow or Wed.!!!

Thanks for all the great advice! Thanks for keeping it simple. I always make out my list of what i need or want. It MUST be on sale (very cheap, less then $1) for me to get it if I just want it. But I always stick to my list.

Great advice. Simple. Practical. I'm not a fan of couponing because it is way too time consuming. Btw, I might have 5 bottles of spaghetti sauce in my pantry, all bought on sale. I think I need to fix spaghetti tonight and then again each Wednesday for the next 4 weeks. LOL!! Thanks for your reminder to "keep it simple". Pam
