This week I have family coming in, and we are having a birthday party, so I am looking for dishes that are easily cooked in the crockpot, and will feed a crowd on a budget!
Many ask what I feed my family and stay on a budget. There are ways to be creative without only feeding your family boxed food. Shop your house first, then match sales up to make a meal!
Making a meal plan each week is a first step in saving money. Need help on Meal Planning?

Things to note:
I personally only eat Turkey or Chicken, so any recipes with meats include these.
I make enough for my husband to take a serving to work the next day for lunch.
The kids what I cook, or their only other option is fruit and Oatmeal.
What the Taff Crew Will Eat this Week:
Monday: Sandwiches at home. (The family picked me up at the airport kinda late)
Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Wednesday: Vegetable Soup
Thursday: Pinto Beans, Cabbage, Cornbread
Friday: Taco Bar! (My son’s 8th birthday party)
Saturday: Pizza
Sunday: CrockPot Chicken with leftover pinto beans
