Menu Plan Monday: 4/9/12

Many ask what I feed my family on with using coupons. There are ways to be creative without only feeding your family boxed food.

Things to note:
I peronally only eat Turkey or Chicken, so any recipes with meats include these.
I make enough for my husband to take a serving to work the next day for lunch.
The kids what I cook, or their only other option is fruit and Oatmeal.

Monday: Cheeseburger Macaroni

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Salad

Wednesday: Cheese & Veggie Quesadillas

Thursday:
Baked Chicken & Veggies

Friday: Pizza

Saturday: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ok made my Week Meal Plan and going shopping in my pantry later, then to the grocery tonight to get ONLY what we need for our dinners and stuff we are out of! Oh and FYI I bought Eggplant for the first time, and making a eggplant parm casserole YAY… via crockpot of course!
