There are so many fun things you can do with S’mores. Remember my Smore’s Thank You Gifts? The 3 simple ingredients are cheap, we usually have coupons for crackers and chocolate, and I have never heard of a person who does not like a S’more.
{ I mean who does NOT like a S’more? Graham Cracker and Chocolate? How could it get better….oh wait, lets make it miniature and pink!}
Last year on Valentine’s I made these cute Heart Shaped S’more pops. The kids LOVED them, and we had fun making them together. I found this picture on my phone, ( sorry about the poor quality) and I wanted to share it with you in case you decide to make your own.
Valentine’s S’more
* Heat Graham Crackers on low heat ( about 200) for a few minutes (3-4 should be good)
- Heating them makes them easier to cut with cookie cutter rather than just crumbling-
* Cut out Graham Cracker with desired shaped cookie cutter
* Arrange chocolate and marshmallow on 1 side of graham cracker shape ( I used Pink marshmallows for added color)
* Heat in oven on 200 just until marshmallow starts to swell, and chocolate softens ( you do not really want the chocolate to melt out of its original shape, or it will ooze and be messy)
* Top with graham cracker, and poke stick in marshmallow
ENJOY!
