Bell Pepepers pitted & De-seeded
2 Cups Cooked Rice
Browned Ground meat (I use Turkey)
Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Mix Cooked rice, onion, and browned meat together in bowl. Stir in half of the cheese. Spoon mixture into peppers.
Place peppers into sprayed crockpot, cook on low for 4 hours or until peppers are tender throughout. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of peppers and let melt.
*Optional If your peppers need a little moisture, we mixed in some salsa!*
